Terms of use.

Adyros runs cloud computers for AI agents, with a guarded wallet, a tamper-evident activity log, a Skill Scanner and an Agent Check for ERC-8004 agents. Some parts are free; computers and full checks are paid in USDC.

Adyros is software. It is not a bank, a broker, an exchange, a custodian of your personal funds or an investment adviser.

Your account is your wallet. You sign in by signing a message; no password is stored. Anyone who controls that wallet controls the account, so keep it safe. We cannot recover access to a wallet you lose.

You must be legally able to agree to these terms where you live, and you must not use Adyros where doing so is against the law.

Each computer gets its own wallet on Base. Its key is held by our wallet provider and is never placed inside the machine. Every payment the agent asks for is checked against the spending rules you set, then simulated, then signed.

You choose those rules and you are responsible for what your agent does within them. Rules lower risk; they do not remove it. Keep only what the agent needs in its wallet.

Computers are billed per second from your prepaid balance and stop when the balance runs out. Data on a stopped or deleted machine may not be recoverable, so keep copies of anything that matters.

Prices are shown before you pay. Payments are made in USDC on Base and settle onchain, which means they cannot be reversed by us or by you.

Prepaid balance is spent on machine time and checks. It is not a deposit account and earns nothing. Used machine time and completed checks are not refunded.

Checks paid from your balance on this site are charged only once they complete. Over the x402 API, payment settles before the check runs; if the check then fails, the response includes the payment transaction so you can contact us about it.

Skill Scanner results and Agent Check scores are automated readings of public code and public onchain data at one moment in time. They can miss things and they can be wrong. A clean scan or a strong score is not a guarantee, a certification or advice to trust, pay or buy anything.

A Full Check sends a small real payment to the agent being checked, and on Base writes the result onchain as feedback. That record is public and permanent.

Do not use Adyros to break the law, to attack or probe systems you do not own, to run malware or cryptocurrency miners, to send spam, to launder funds, to evade sanctions, or to harm other people or agents. Do not try to get around rate limits, spending rules or payment checks.

We may stop machines, limit access or close accounts that break these rules, and we may report illegal activity where the law requires it.

Holding $ADYROS can unlock perks on the platform. It does not give ownership of Adyros, a share of revenue, voting rights over the company or any promise of value. Only the contract address published on this site is the real token.

Adyros relies on outside services, including blockchains, RPC providers, our wallet provider and our machine host. Any of them can slow down or fail. We work to keep the service running but do not promise it will always be available.

We may change features, prices and these terms. Material changes will be shown on this page with a new date before they apply to new payments.

Adyros is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for losses caused by your agent, your spending rules, your wallet, third-party services or blockchain behaviour, or for any amount above what you paid us in the three months before the claim.
